A-Z Blog Challenge

G is for geen, gezellig, groetjes, and groentjes

Geen is the opposite of a (I like to think of it as na) and as I’ve written before it’s a word I really like.

Gezellig means cosy, but is used all the time to describe any occasion that is fun really. Though there has to be more than one person, as you can’t be gezellig on your own.

Groetjes is greetings, and I have to be really careful that I don’t slip an extra n in, as groentjes means vegetables and that really doesn’t make sense as the closing of an email!
